Refund Policy

 

  1. We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
  2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  3. To start the return, please contact us at miafeng81@gmail.com to obtain the return address. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  4. We will check after receiving the goods and let you know if the return is approved within 1-2 days. After approval, the refund will be made through the original method, and the refund will take about 5-8 working days. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may also take some time to process and mail the refund.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Product wear and use:Items that have been used or show signs of wear are not returnable. We cannot accept returns on items that have been used.
  • Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
  • Sale items:All sale/discounted/promotional items are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • Gift cards:Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned.


Return and Exchange Shipping Costs

We are committed to providing you with a hassle-free return and exchange experience. Shipping costs are handled as follows:

1)Returns and exchanges due to product quality issues: We will cover the return and exchange shipping costs.

2)Returns and exchanges for reasons other than product quality (e.g., personal preference, incorrect purchase): The customer is responsible for the return and exchange shipping costs.
